Most depressing day of the year?

According to the article I read based on the study of a British psychologist, today Jan 24, 2006 could be the most depressing day of this year. If this is the most depressing day of the year, it doesn’t seem so bad for me yet. Maybe the study is only regional. I think if there’s a most depressing day of the year, it should most likely be April 15th, the tax day.
